Clinical Nurse Leader
Position Overview:
Full-time role.
We are seeking an experienced, motivated Clinical Nurse Leader to join our team within our busy Urgent Care Clinic. This is a leadership role combining advanced clinical practice, team coordination and quality/safety oversight.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide day to day clinical leadership to support nursing staff and wider team

Triaging patients, providing nursing interventions and treatments as required

Support staffing, roster coordination and onboarding of new team members

Promote best practice, maintain clinical standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

Lead clinical audits, incident reviews and quality improvement initiatives
-
Collaborating with the team to ensure seamless patient care
-
Maintaining accurate and detailed patient records and documentation
-
Providing health education and advice to patients and their families
-
Adhering to all relevant clinical policies, procedures and protocols
-
Act as a safeguarding champion and ensure appropriate documentation and escalation processes are followed.
What we're looking for

Registered Nurse qualification and current practicing certificate.

Preferably experience working in an urgent care, emergency or primary healthcare setting.

Leadership experience.

Strong clinical assessment and decision-making skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with patients, families and the healthcare team.

Proficient in computer systems and electronic patient record management.

Passion for delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
